1. Who we are
Zwartifydesign Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia, operates the revoluAItion service at revoluaition.lovable.app. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. Contact us at support@revoluaition.com for any privacy question or request.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers.
- Business profile data: business name, URL, ideal-customer descriptions, brand voice, goals, and other content you enter about your business.
- Content data: uploaded media, drafts, captions, schedules, and AI outputs you generate through the Service.
- API keys: keys you configure for third-party AI providers, stored encrypted and used only to invoke those providers on your behalf.
- Usage and telemetry: pages viewed, actions taken, agent runs, device and browser information, IP address, and diagnostic logs.
- Support data: messages you send to support.
3. How we use your data and the legal basis
- Provide the Service — creating your account, running agents, storing your content (basis: performance of contract).
- Security and fraud prevention — logging, abuse detection, rate limiting (basis: legitimate interest).
- Support — responding to your enquiries (basis: performance of contract).
- Product improvement — aggregated, non-identifying analytics (basis: legitimate interest).
- Legal compliance — record-keeping and responding to lawful requests (basis: legal obligation).
- Marketing — occasional product updates to registered users (basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your business content to train foundation models.
4. Who we share data with
- Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, database, storage, and content delivery vendors who host the Service under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Payments (Merchant of Record) — Paddle.com processes payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing on our behalf. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all sales.
- Third-party AI providers — when you use BYOK, your prompts and generated content are sent to the AI provider you configured (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or the MCP servers you connect). Their privacy policies apply to that processing.
- LinkedIn — when you choose to connect your LinkedIn account, we request permission to post content on your behalf to your LinkedIn profile and/or company pages. We only store tokens needed to perform this action, and we do not access your LinkedIn messages, connections, or private data beyond what is required to publish posts and verify connection status.
- Analytics and support tooling — providers that help us understand product usage and resolve support tickets.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and audit advisers under duty of confidence.
- Authorities — where required by law.
5. International transfers
Our vendors may process data outside Malaysia. Where they do, we rely on contractual protections and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses to safeguard your data.
6. Retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion we remove your content within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. Diagnostic logs are retained for up to 90 days.
7. Your rights
Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (and equivalent laws in your country where they apply) you have rights to access, correct, and withdraw consent for the personal data we hold about you. You may also request that we stop processing your data for direct marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@revoluaition.com. You may complain to the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Department if you believe we have not handled your data properly.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest for credentials, role-based access controls, row-level security in the database, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — please report suspected vulnerabilities to support@revoluaition.com.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as light/dark theme). We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics cookies, where used, are configured to avoid capturing personal identifiers. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this notice. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
