Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are a legal agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and Zwartifydesign Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia ("we", "us", "revoluAItion"). By creating an account or using the service at revoluaition.lovable.app (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

revoluAItion is business marketing software: a content calendar, publishing queue, LinkedIn scheduling and publishing, inbox and analytics workspace for your own business. AI features assist you in drafting and planning your own marketing copy. We do not sell generative image, music, video or general-purpose content generation as a product, and we do not resell access to third-party AI models. You may bring your own API keys for third-party AI providers ("BYOK") or use a managed plan.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
• Create or distribute deepfakes, impersonations of real people, or synthetic media intended to mislead.
• Generate or publish hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, violent extremist material, or content that promotes self-harm.
• Produce malware, phishing, spam, or content used to defraud, or attempt to jailbreak or circumvent model safety controls.
• Use the Service for adult content, gambling, pharmaceuticals, weapons, cryptocurrency promotion, or other restricted categories.
• Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or bypass usage limits of the Service.

4. AI-assisted content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of AI outputs before publishing, and for holding the necessary rights to any content you upload. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not suitable for regulated advice (legal, medical, financial) without professional oversight. You own the marketing content you publish through the Service, subject to the terms of the model provider you use.

Moderation and takedown. We may filter, refuse, remove, or restrict outputs and accounts that violate these terms or the policies of the underlying model providers. If a rights-holder or affected party submits a good-faith complaint or takedown request to support@revoluaition.com, we will review it promptly, remove or disable the content where warranted, and suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious infringement.

5. Your account and content

You must keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You retain ownership of the content and API keys you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

7. Payments, billing, and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, tax collection, currency conversion, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. 8. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
