Access & authentication
Sign-in
Passwordless magic link and Google OAuth. Sessions are short-lived and rotate on use.
Roles
Roles are stored in a dedicated table with row-level security. Admin actions require a verified role check on the server.
Account controls
You can update your profile, rotate your API keys, and delete your account from settings. Account deletion removes your content within 30 days.
Platform & hosting
Hosting
The application is hosted on Lovable Cloud, which runs on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for the database and file storage.
Database
Postgres with row-level security enabled on every user-facing table. Server-side privileged actions are gated by verified authentication.
Backups
The managed database provider performs automated backups on our behalf.
Your data
What we store
Account details, business profile fields (name, URL, ICP, voice, goals), uploaded media, agent runs, drafts, and schedules.
Bring your own keys
API keys for third-party AI providers are stored encrypted and used only to invoke those providers on your behalf. We do not resell inference.
Training
Your business content is not used to train foundation models. Third-party model providers apply their own policies to the prompts routed through your keys.
Retention
Content is kept while your account is active and removed within 30 days of deletion, except where limited records must be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
Subprocessors
Payments
Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record for all sales, subscription management, and tax compliance.
AI providers
Only the providers you configure via BYOK (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or MCP servers you connect).
Infrastructure
Managed cloud hosting, database, and storage providers under contractual confidentiality and security terms.

Report suspected security issues to support@revoluaition.com. We aim to acknowledge within two business days.

Access, correction, and deletion requests can be sent to the same address. See our Privacy Notice.
Shared responsibility: revoluAItion is responsible for the security of the platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential and for the content you upload.
